I have been a proud customer of Sharliene Tripp’s insurance agency for a long time. Updated review - unfortunately I do have to part ways with Allstate due to the updated costs with the policy going up but on a positive note Robert Clark at this branch was amazing to work with and very understanding about the situation. He was able to give me the details about the changes to my account, the reason the increase in the bill and guide me in the right direction for finding a new insurance. Highly recommend working with Robert for a positive outcome.
