What a horrible experience. 1 star is generous. I own my own business and came to John for help with current and future taxes and to help with keeping track of monthly expenses etc for my business. He managed to file one year worth of taxes for me before disappearing. I continued to receive notices from the IRS about owing more money than John initially said that I needed to send to the IRS. I sent these notices to his office asking what they were for. I received an email saying I needed to pay them so I did. I then reached back out asking if I needed to give them any more information than I had at our first meeting since I hadn't received any monthly reports as discussed. Weeks passed and I was told John had been out sick and I didn't need to give anymore information to start getting my PNL's along with other business reports. After asking again weeks later with no response when I would be receiving my monthly reports, I still didn't receive any responses. No monthly reports, no keeping up with my business, no help with 2020 taxes. They strung me along and then totally ignored me. Not only was I not helped but when I called them out on not helping me, they had the audacity to tell me that I didn't respond to their emails. A total lie. If they had just owned up to forgetting about me I would not have been nearly as upset. To lie and try to blame me for their lack of response and lack of help was appalling.
