Cindy was great at first. Then things fell apart. I think this business is gone. I cannot retrieve my tax information. The phone number doesn't work, nor does her email.

I just met Cindy & Becky yesterday to really interview Cindy to see if she could fix my now previous accountant's mistakes and lack of professionalism. I was very impressed by both ladies and have full confidence that they will work as hard as possible to help me. The last two years of returns were completely botched and had to go through several revisions - and even then they weren't correct. I have had to find someone else to for future years. I would highly suggest avoiding Andes Tax and Accounting. Never even received an apology for the numerous errors.

Months late in finishing returns. Won’t return phone calls. Not open during posted office hours. If they’re going to close their office they could at least allow you to pick up all the forms that were dropped off.
