So rude. I was ready to purchase a policy, but just tried to clarify some things, and all they do is talk over me, tell me my research is wrong, and eventually hung up on me. Your employee literally gave me incorrect information in the first call, and you agreed when I called back. So why give me attitude when I point something else out? It’s not a personal attack. You’re saying ‘Arizona law this AZ law that.’ But I’m reading it in black and white online, so instead of actually looking into it, you just tell me I’m wrong and end the call? ‘Contact an attorney’ she said. What does that even mean Just make sense and be polite. Obviously I’m frustrated too, but I’m still trying to give you money. Unbelievable.

i was able to get in and get out in 15 minutes while registering a new utility trailer. Most of the delay was due to the computer processing time. The MVD third-party-fee was very reasonable considering the time and travel involved when going into Phoenix MVD. The extra plus is that there is an insurance office in ehe same office.

Jeri Coslett can be a mean piece of work. She likes to brag on herself and play the big frog in a small pond. Two-faced and will promise and not perform. She has stayed too long and needs to retire and quit the business. Need I say? get your insurance somewhere else.
