If you are looking for fair pricing, respectful ‘timely’ communication, professionalism, etc. you will not find it @the Adams Agency.
I had been trying to get answers for over 2 mos on my policy renewal. Several calls, emails, etc. went unanswered. When I was finally able to reach someone (Bailey & Joey Syrek) they could not have been more rude & condescending.
Upon asking to speak with the office manager (Diane Chapman) she said that their seasoned agents had retired and she was now only able to recruit inexperienced 20 year olds.
Who admits that kind of thing about their business?

Adams cancelled or park Model insurance without notifying us. We had a water leak and discovered we were no longer insured.

One year renewal and my premium increased by 50%. They also had the wrong year for my unit and said I must have told them wrong on the application, when in fact, the agent typed it wrong right off the title. Found a much cheaper rate at another agency. They only offer two options for park model insurance and they are bad and worse.

Hard to talk to agent when snowbirds are down. Left several messages after purchasing insurance through them and couldn't get call back. Finally transferred to Apache Junction location and was able to talk to agent. That is when I found out that you are not assigned an agent and you can call in and talk to anyone. Insurance pricing seemed to be competitive and they understand the snowbird situation and how to insure for part timers in AZ.
