I was tired of Progressive fees and rates even though I had been with them forever,..and called a member of Katie Campbell’s State Farm and I’m impressed! I ended up getting better coverage for auto,..AND renters insurance for a better price than just auto at Progressive. Maddy was great to work with! Knowledgeable and seems to enjoy her job! It was very refreshing especially since shopping for insurance isn’t usually a highlight of my day. I’ll definitely refer my friends and family here!

Update** After my 1st review Katie called me and was unaware of the issues I was experiencing at her office. Her team dropped the ball big time and she had no problem saying that and said she would fix it. She got her team together fixed what was going on and made some changes to how the office handles things. Since this I haven't had a problem and everything is on track.

They give you the run around and always say we will call you back. Then a month later everyone points the finger at someone else on why no call back and why your account is a mess. Worst customer service

I have been with State Farm for over 25+ years. I have been with Katie's Agency approximately 10 years upon moving to Phoenix area. In August 2020, I changed all my policies to Allstate on the promises of lower payments. I'm writing this review in October and have canceled all my Allstate Policies and returning to Katie's Agency. There is no comparison between the service this Agency gives and Allstate's customer service. Every time I called in I got a different representative and was directed to an 800 number to have many of my questions answered. The items I was told that were included in the policies initially, were not included and was told I would have to pay additional premiums. Needless to say, this is very frustrating. I am not sure if the Agent that sold me these policies is still employed with the Agency as I have never talked to him since .
I called Katie's Agency and spoke with Alex and immediately canceled my Allstate Policies and returned to her Agency. Alex's professionalism and knowledge is truly superior and she researches and works for your best options. I have contacted Katie's Agency many times in the past and all of my questions had been answered on the 1st call.
I feel this Agencies service is the best! Look no further.
