My wife and I had been shopping around for homeowners insurance for our secondary residence in Yuma. Our current policy was going up and we wanted to try to save some money. We called several companies and always received the same sales pitch and didn't get the information we wanted. Finally, we were told to try Yuma Risk Management and are we glade we did. From the first call with Martin, we were explained everything Thoroughly and he answered all of our questions. They saved us several hundreds of dollars and explained the complete policy from top to bottom. In the day and age where customer service is lost, Martin showed us that great service and good companies still do exist. We worked with Haley thru Yuma Risk Management for the last 9ish years. Only reason we're parting ways is because we moved from AZ to TX. She has amazing communication skills, respectful and organized. She knows how to do her job flawlessly and always works to get you the best prices for insurance. When our auto insurance added a random person to our list, she called us right away to get it situated and fixed. Haley has been such a wonderful person to work with and I'm sad to be parting ways, but I highly recommend her for your needs.

Martin at Yuma Risk Management Group, LLC is fantastic!

Here is my story:

Sadly, one of my houses had its Home Insurance dropped by State Farm because my roof was too old! (I have old wooden tiles). In addition to this, I had gone into the State Farm office two months prior to have my policies amended, but the lady working on my case was let go and my case was somehow lost in the mix!

By the time I got the notice in the mail that my insurance was being dropped, it had already been 4 weeks! and was dropped, leaving me without home insurance on a mortgaged property!
I called Yuma Risk Management Group LLC the morning of realizing what had happened! The receptionist was super friendly and after getting my basic information put me in touch with Martin.

Martin was so awesome he drove out to my property the same day, took the information he needed from my home and had an insurance quote ready for me on the same day!
The New Policy I was given, not much more expensive than my original policy! Love it.

I highly recommend Martin at Yuma Risk Management Group, he made buying Insurance easy, friendly, cheap, and fast for me!
