Tucson insurance came highly recommended and they did not disappoint! My daughter had a couple of unfortunate accidents and we were canceled by our carrier, Anthony was able to find insurance for both my wife and I, and my daughter for less than any other company with same coverage! I have dealt with many insurance companies over the last 50 years and they are one of best!

If I could give a zero star I would. I was completely disrespected by Anna Cooke. Never got my questions answered the way they should have been answered, had to ask a few times for a different quote for a different vehicle, asked a question and got complete and total sarcasm back with “Kia and Hyundai have high theft rate……” completely disrespectful. She could not explain to me why my parents Kia was offered multiple different coverages and my Kia was not and gave me 1 quote only. Did not explain the difference of each payment option provided. Did not even try to change the plan to help us out and give us plenty of options. I am literally shocked at the disrespect I was getting and received.

I received notice my home insurance wouldn't be renewed at the end of the month and had no idea how to handle the situation. I called up Tucson Insurance and Anna reassured me we'd be able to figure it out. Within a few days I had a new policy from their underwriter. It was a seamless and easy process!

Absolutely do not recommend. They let things slip thru the cracks and unprofessional. Do your research and find a better insurance co. that will take care of you and insure everything is up to date and accounted for. Imagine you're on the road for weeks and your policy is cancelled and no one contacts you about it. Even after you were on the phone with them during that time asking about your new premium. Unbelievable and highly dangerous actually. The reasoning was bc there was a glitch in the system. Like a bad comedy show lol.
