Just better to go Progressive Direct. This agency is slow to respond. It took a week to get a quote back to add a car to my policy. Not only was the quote high, but the quote was not treated as an addition to my existing policy. The next 2 quotes had my name misspelled and another name altogether. The online shopping was much more efficient and cost effective. Quite frankly I see no benefit from using this agent.

I was a customer for 6-7 years and the service was great I thought… until the past year. I had a hard time getting information/help when I needed to file a claim for roof damage last summer (had never done it before). Now, not only did my car insurance double (with no tickets, wrecks, etc), my homeowners insurance is non-renewing me. The reason I’m getting from Red Rock conflicts with the reason I got from the insurance company. I’ve also been panicking a bit because I know what rates look like but also know I need to find insurance. I’ve been contacting them since back in February when I got my outrageous car insurance renewal to look for different policies. They just sent me a homeowners insurance quote on Monday, May 6, four days before the non-renewal. I located my own last month because I hadn’t heard from them. Also found a way more reasonable car policy with the same coverages even though Red Rock told me they couldn’t find anything else for me. Really disappointed that when I needed their help with claims and policies that are thousands of dollars and what I’d consider major financial decisions, they were impossible to get assistance from :/

I dont leave many reviews, but Jason S. from Reddrock went above and beyond to explain to me my HOA's new insurance coverage rules and got me the coverage I needed in such a hurry. He made the process seamless and stress-free. I would recommend him ANY time:)

Would not recommend. For years, the insurance they arranged for me raised several hundreds of dollars on renewal and the agency never once contacted me to advise me of the increase. They are slow to respond and I have had to contact them to have them shop around for lower prices. If you are with them, you better watch your yearly statements closely.
