His customer service and care is second to none. When you have an accident, the stress is quite high. He was able to put everything in perspective for me and my wife, and we were extremely satisfied with the end result repair job on our car. We have also bundled our house and an umbrella policy. I'm a current State Farm customer in the process of relocating from California to Sedona. I just called this office and spoke to Darla to ask her for a quote on my RV. First she says I have to get the vehicle registered in Arizona before she will even give me a quote.

I explain I may not be in a hurry to get my insurance transitioned over if it ends up costing more here, she still insists that she can't even give me a quote. I plead with her to give me a quote. She puts me on hold and says she can't help me unless I have a homeowners policy as well and since I don't own a home she can't help me.
