While moving coast to coast we had a tire blow out on our auto transporter. Patriot Emergency Service was the provider for U-Haul. Patriot is best in customer service. They were quick to respond, knowledgeable and communicated in a timely fashion. I strongly recommend them

Best of the best. Was stranded on side of highway - eventually drove the damaged run flat tire to the nearest exit…

Patriot was willing to drive 100 miles to the BMW dealer in Vegas, on a Sunday. BMW SOS tried several tow truck companies and could not find someone to take the job.

John was punctual, courteous and professional. Good convo entire 2 hour drive there.

Occasionally you meet someone in life you know you could be fast friends. John went out of his way to get us off a mountain road with a blown tire. Helped arrange repair also. Above and beyond service and very professional.

The owner and his son are very kind and professional, very nice and very friendly family run compan. Even got to chat with them and they gave us some advice for the next time we ever get stuck. Me and my brother got ourselves in a hole over the weekend, we tried what we could at the time with no luck. It started to get really late and my brother decided to call Patriot Emergency Roadside. They were out quick to help us and got me out of the hole I was in and made it look very easy! Thankyou Patriot for saving my ol' beat up ford!!

If 100 stars were possible patriot roadside emergency assistance would be the proud recipient. I have never had a hero come save me and a white truck before today. I was driving alongside the road and smashed into a bumper in the road and sustained a flat tire in the middle of nowhere. It’s over 100 and I had my dog with me and was very panicked and Mr. John showed up and save the day. Very professional very courteous and very kind. I feel he was an angel from God to me today on a very dark day. Thank you, Mr. John.

I had an issue with my car and Patriot staff did an excellent job on a very timely manner. It’s a family owned business and both the father and his son were outstanding in all directions. They helped me towing and charging my car. They also provided a ride to the charging stations for my family which is greatly appreciated and valued. I would give them 10 stars instead of 5. Keep up your exceptional service. Thank you from the bottom of my hearts.

Total life saver. I was stranded out in the middle of nowhere with a broken down box truck in the blazing heat. John came and picked me up an hour away and towed me to a mechanic in town. All for a pretty fair price. Five stars all the way.
