The owner is super nice! The troopers impounded my truck when the transmission went before I could get it home. Between the impound fee, transmission cost and other issues with the truck it wasn’t worth me fixing it. Help Line agreed to call it even when I offered to just sign the title for my truck over to him. Then he helped me remove my crane from the bed and even crawled under the truck to loosen the bolts himself! Thank you so much again!

I needed to have a car towed to Anchorage from Palmer to have it repaired at a specific place. I expected to get the cheapest quote at a regular tow shop, but I decided to try Help Line Towing as well, even though their specialty is being available 24/7. To my surprise, they also wound up being the cheapest option, so I chose them. Their driver was friendly and flexible, keeping me informed of what to expect and when. The car was safely delivered, and at the quoted price. Hopefully you never need your car towed, but if you do, I would recommend Help Line.

DO NOT USE THIS TOW COMPANY

Was involved in a collision leaving my home and had my vehicle towed 50ft back onto my property. I was told rate was $100+ mileage. I disputed the charge after asking a second driver from helpline what I shouldve been charged and he agreed $100. Turns out, if the troopers call in the tow, its nearly double at 175+mileage. My review is not entirely because of the charge after misinforming me of the rate, but when a rep from helpline reached out about the dispute, i was asked if i had insurance, which yes i do. Rep followed up with "oh you must have gotten reimbursed from your insurance for the tow and now youre trying to get... which is where i cut them off because now im being accused of trying to double dip. i did NOT get reimbursed. ALL I ask is that you give proper rate and info, and if theres an issue, do not accuse the customer of trying to scam for money. Rep also said they reached out to the driver and driver said he never told me 100+mileage as if i just knew the rate off the top off my head. absolutely disgusting customer service.

My ball joint snapped in the Creekside Plaza parking lot after 9PM, leaving me stressed and stranded, and outside the business hours of my normal towing company. The folks at Help Line Towing were friendly and professional on the phone, gave me a quote for free, and had a driver out for me within 45 minutes! The driver was careful with my car and friendly and funny (even driving through fair traffic!) to get my car back to my house in the Butte. 100% recommend these guys! Thank you thank you thank you!

Helpline Towing was amazing. I got my rental car stuck in the mountains above Anchorage. No local companies would come! After 20 hours of dealing with insurance and companies turning down the assignment these guys came down from Wasilla. Their truck was powerful and had tools for every contingency. They had to put on chains and navigate up a steep, narrow, slick, and off kilter slope. My vehicle was in deep snow near brush and a metal pole. They set up fancy rigging to pull it out at an angle and avoided any scratches and damage. They guided me and gave me advice to get my car back to pavement. I was so stressed and they saved the day. They were kind, friendly, calm, and so well equipped. They pride themselves on tricky assignments and deliver!!!

The tow service was what its supposed to be, completed damage free, and I understand its in no way the drivers fault, but over $500 for a tow maybe 5 or 10 miles? I drove a wrecker years ago and the average price for all of us driving was $50. Because they have the police contract and can charge whatever they want? Its supposed to be " within reason". Do you really think that's reasonable for an hours work? That's why they're all driving new $100,000 + trucks.

Spoke to Heather and a driver whose truck was giving him all the distractions from getting home. Both great attitudes despite there being rain and ice on top of the snow we've gotten.

Haven't used them for towing, but would definitely recommend to those in the valley or headed that way. If they are this nice after a hell of a day,i bet they are the Ritz on a calm day!
