My wife and I have enjoyed working with Allie and her staff for a very long time. I very rarely have the need to contact Allie regarding insurance, but when I have had the need, it has been something urgent and she has always picked up the phone, no matter where she was and taken care of my requests. Three days ago during a wind storm in the northern valley, 60 road miles from wasilla, a dead standing spruce fell & crashed into my windshield! This happened early in the morning. As I prefer to talk to my personal agent, Alley Hewlett or one of the girls in her office, my call was answered by Alex, a new employee.
I’ve been a SF customer now for years. As I answered all the questions Alex asked, living this far north presents challenges. My call to Alex was at nine and from there he took charge! By 10:30 my car was towed to wasilla for windshield repair at Glass Dr. (hats off to those dudes they handled their business)!!!!!!!
I was fully prepared to wait days before I got my car back & is an important tool considering my location.
Alex was the BOMB…. He handled me exquisitely! I’m glad he’s now with Allie Hewitt. I know I can call upon him in the future if I should need to.
Oh & least I forget Elite towing from the valley! Talk about Pros all around!
