The filing process with this company felt disorganized to me. I dropped off my taxes to be filed and went almost a month with no updates, was repeatedly asked questions that I had filled out on my paperwork (which I later learned my information was never put into their computer system?) rates are higher than what I’ve experienced before for just a basic W-2. I went to them based off their excellent Google reviews but didn’t have the same experience unfortunately.
