Did not advise me in any way. I called about my 2018 taxes because I had not heard anything after I dropped off my documents and things. This was the beginning of 2020 and I learned that my 2018 had not been filed and no one contacted me to let me know. Pure neglect. I do not recommend this business unless you want to get yourself in a mess. Now I need 3 documents and they are not releasing them to me to help in any way. This is ridiculous! I had to email 5 times to get a response about the 3 documents and when he responded he claimed I have unpaid invoices. I paid $1700 to have my 2017 done and I’m still struggling to get 2018 done with 3 documents that I need being withheld. I’m not paying for services not rendered. Unprofessional!
