I couldn't possibly say enough good things about Pink Daisy Properties. They're firm, but fair. There's no surprises, no mumbo jumbo... just facts! They'll tell you what they expect up front and as long as you're honest, pay your rent, keep up the property and communicate there's an issue, you'll have ZERO issues. I would rent from them time and time again. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good quality home. If you're concerned about rent cost, reach out they have different housing options. There is a bit of a wait, but this is due to them being really good at what they do.

We love our landlord and her business. Yes, some of the homes she rents out are older and possibly dated, BUT her goal is to give us clean homes that are AFFORDABLE. We have never had any issues when it comes to repairs, and as long as you pay your rent and not wreck her houses, she will be just as amazing back to you. I met her when my partner was renting his bachelor pad out to him, and we moved again through her and she's great. For new renters there MAY BE a wait list, I can't confirm for sure, but again she's just great.
