We had been looking for a few years to find a good knowledgeable CPA to help us with our taxes for a small business as well as our personal taxes. We tried a couple different companies and always felt like all they did was fille the appropriate documents and paperwork. We needed a good aggressive CPA with a deep understanding of the tax codes in order to help us run our business as profitable as possible.
We started asking around to friends and other small business owners and heard about Weston & Tuttle from more than one person. We decided to give them a try for the 2016 tax year, and we have never looked back. They are very professional and have saved us thousands of dollars over the years. Whether we need to buy another truck or purchase a new piece of equipment before the end of the year or prepay a portion of state or federal taxes to avoid a new law that goes into effect on January 1st, Weston & Tuttle have always steered us in the right direction with an eye looking into the future for any ways to save. They pay for themselves ten times over every year.

I have been using Truman for 3 years and without a doubt he has been the best accountant I have ever used in my 25 years of being in business. Weston and Tuttle have great accountants. I recommended someone to them that faced a huge tax liability that the previous CPA didn't mitigate. My referral saved thousands. I think they expect clients to be prepared and do their own bookkeeping (it's not a service they want to do). They will meet with you and help you with tough decisions that you might have. They have whiteboards in the office to show you figures, etc. CPAs are not one size fits all, though.
