Brandon Lawson is an extremely kind, professional, detail-oriented, thorough, attentive, and responsive insurance broker. We reached out to him for new auto and home insurance policies. He was able to reduce our auto policy premium by almost half of what we were paying with another company whose name I won't mention. Also, in reviewing our current home insurance policy, Brandon noticed we didn't have enough flood coverage for our finished basement so we increased it. Not two weeks after the new policies were in force, our basement flooded due to excessive rain in our area! Many homes flooded. We have lived in our house for 17 years and it had NEVER flooded before. Brandon saved us THOUSANDS of dollars because of the detail he caught that we didn't have enough coverage. Our old policy would not have covered the entire cost to restore our basement. We can't thank him enough for that and for walking us through the entire process step-by-step to get our basement back. We have owned our company for over 13 years and have worked with a few agencies in that time and been exposed to other agencies as well as we've gotten quotes from a few. Unfortunately we've dealt with mediocre service and just flat our terrible agents, until Associated Insurance. I reached out to their agency after a lot of research and it's hands down one of the best decisions I have ever made for our company and it's policies and our personal insurance policies. I was put in touch with Rachel Ford and this girl is worth her weight in gold. Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable, works for your benefit and not hers, is always quick to help, is super personable and truly makes you feel like you're her only customer with her always at the ready level of service. I tell her that I know I drive her crazy, lol, but in our fast paced moving business there are times I reach out on the fly and need things like vin numbers and details from our policy that I don't have handy and she gets back with me in minutes. When we need certificates of insurance to secure new contracts awarded to our company Stephanie, who works directly with Rachel, has them to us within the hour if not sooner. We have a large number of policies with Rachel and she has never once dropped the ball. Our company also recently moved our health insurance to their agency and Stephan has been great to work with as well. If you're like us and dealing with sub par or terrible insurance agents or awful rates because you think there's nothing better out there or it's just too hard to make the switch, do yourself a favor and work with Associated Insurance. They make the process easy, smooth and you'll be glad you did. We are customers for life.
