After receiving a letter from my former insurance company concerning my ownership of a Kia, due to the theft rate, they would not continue insurancing my car when my insurance expired. During my research, the new rate cost had triple, and there was no way I could afford the rates. I was given Keith's information from a family member. Spoke with Keith Zabrocki, and he was able to get my rate way down. I greatly appreciate Keith's help as he was not only able to get the cost down but also able to schedule my payment accordingly to make it easier for my monthly budget!

So far, very responsive, trustworthy and personal. More like the best insurance agents I have ever had but I am still watching carefully as it seems too good to be true. I have my home and cars insured by Allstate through Keith Zabrocki and its been really amazing having them check on me, sending me check up emails and just being really friendly. This insurance agent has been really helpful for me. I highly recommend this agent helped me out with car and home insurance. It is way better than my last insurance company. They provide Allstate insurance and they are very honest. They helped me cancel my old insurance for me with out contacting my home and car insurance. They got the job done for me. My past insurance company had raised my car insurance from $97 dollars a month to $147 a month in a 5 month span. I asked them if anything could be done to reduce the payment and they told me they couldn’t do anything. It was due to inflation and everyone was raising their prices. I reach out to the Zabrocki insurance group and Miles Johnson answered my call. He was very helpful! He was transparent, kind, and didn’t rush me to make a choice. He made sure I understood my options and chose what was best for my family. I now have renters insurance and insurance for 2 cars that is the same coverage as my previous policy. I now pay less than what I did at the other company for 1 car and now I have renters insurance and 2 cars covered under this policy. Keith, if you read this, Miles Johnson is an amazing employee and deserves your attention to coach and train for a senior leadership role. I would also say he has earned a raise and turned me into a promoter for your insurance group. Miles, if you read this, best of luck with your first born thats due later this year. It was great to work with you and I appreciate your professionalism and genuine kindness. You made the entire process very easy!

Keith and his office are extremely helpful and always available to answer my questions. I never have to wait on the phone for very long, and I’m always greeted with a friendly response. I’m always aware of updates that occur with my policy and always reminded or notified about benefits that I may not have been aware of before. I usually try to think of a constructive criticism to discuss. However, I’m having a hard time thinking of something Keith and his office could improve on. They’ve made owning car and renter’s insurance easy, and I can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done for my family unit and me.

Received a spam call today which I'm not a big fan of decided to answer it ended up connected with this insurance agency spoke with Daniel who was oddly nice and hung up on me lol that's ok but it frustrates me to get spam calls and Allstate uses them to drum up business which frustrates me even more so if you like spam calls buy your insurance from Allstate if you don't like spam calls then I suggest going elsewhere thanks have a nice day

We couldn't be happier with our coverage and premiums with Allstate! They found me and I though it was a robo spam caller but I answered anyway. They transferred me right away to an Allstate agent. We received a wonderful premium for our Home and a wonderful Full Coverage premium for both our vehicles! Best call I ever answered and saved us so much money...
