UPDATE! I never want to leaveva negative review but my sanity and safety are at hand and CPS was a waste of time . I am an owner and im always looking to make the property BETTER PRETTIER SAFER , IVE BEEN THROUGH HELL, so praying and IM HOPING THIS DOES IT! Thank you for a quick response BrayCo. The beautiful woman was sweet as can be! it's awesome to have someone on the property even 1 or 2 days a week 🙂 I CANT LOSE ANOTHER DAY OF WORK TO CALL COPS OR FILE A CPO. ive lost everything and I was not here much at all. I need someone to get this stalker off my property , my money is in escrow i refuse to pay until i canfeel safe in my home. They will not call me back.The car has been broken down now for 25 days.

Whether you're leasing from them directly or through a private owner on their property, Bray Co is committed to ignoring the needs of their tenants and providing no help whatsoever. You will be treated as an inconvenience to them and you will get to watch go to great lengths to ignore your attempts at contacting them.

Our heat went out on January 1 and, to make a long, incredibly frustrating story short, we didn't get heat back for almost four weeks. We had to repeatedly threaten to put our rent into escrow to get any response to our emails at all. Finally, instead of replacing our broken furnace, they installed electric wall heaters which cost a crazy amount in electricity to run. We waited days to weeks to hear back on all our maintenance requests, and always had to send multiple messages. The only luck we had was when we called our maintenance guy directly--he was great, but he couldn't make up for the poor communication between everyone else at the Bray Co.

I gave them a 1 only because negative numbers are not available
These guys have been property managing where i own a condo. Forget about getting service.the website to contact them on their website does not go to them…when i told them about this Matt told me that was not his problem— on 2/30/23. Then Matt tells me i was not contacted because the secretary did not do their job—- BS — made a service request 4/9/23– as of 3-30/23 their office NEVER CONTACTED ME — ( for termite damage ) and that is i some way my fault..
If you do not want service by all means go with these people—- if you want service go elsewhere.

I live in their Wellington Woods Property. Please I beg you not to move here. I can go all day but I will sum it all up. I can't wait until my lease is up in march. They charged me a late fee twice when I was on time because the office lady Bobbie can't keep it together. They don't salt walkways in the winter or shovel. Car was broken into on Christmas. They have section 8 people out here. A bullet traveled through my neighbors apartment then through mines as well. That lets you know they are thin if one bullet can go through both apartments. Still have yet to repair the holes in both of our walls. The property regional manager is a rude jerk. His name is Matthew Kennedy. I wouldn't recommend this apartment for any reason. They used to be nice and have totally downgraded.

Horrible place to live. Has become a ghetto. Rent keeps getting raised and no updates to property. Have documentation on electrical issues from the past 15 months that still are not fixed. Do not move here. Spend the little more and get a better run place. Stay away from all bray properties. I will admit, when I first moved in this place it was nice. Has gone to hell in a handbasket in the last 2 years. When my lease is up , I'm out of this place. Update. My rent is going to escrow now until all issues with property is addressed and fixed.

Just wanted to go on the record and say my experience with the Bray Co. Property management (specifically Matt) has been life changing for our condo community. This company has giving the attention needed to bring our community from a bad place financially to a now much more comfortable place. I can't imagine from our experience with multiple management companys that any other would have been able to do what Bray has done. To touch on some of the bad reviews I've read, I can only say it seems all of those are from tenents in their apartment communities. I can't share specific experience in that regard but know depending on where a community is located can dictate the problems the property has & those problems are not ones a management company can resolve quickly or easily.....or even at all!!!

I am having a bad experience with the bray co. have someone live in the apartment after I moved out and messing my rental history demanding a damage payment for an apartment that I lived for two hours before I opt out of the lease paying $2227.00. They do not answer calls, emails specially Mr. Mat Kennedy passing me to a lady in order to cover the shenanigan that went on wellington woods apt. well a lawyer might cost me but I am heading that way and reported them to BBB too would file with fair housing too etc. dishonest and biased business practice.
