Had an extended business trip and booked one of their rentals. They had our place fully stocked with any supplies we needed, kept in contact to make sure we were comfortable and accommodated. Unfortunately it was in the middle of an extremely cold storm and they even brought us over extra heaters just in case we needed them. Very professional company and kept the rental unit beautifully. Would definitely stay with them again in the future.

We enjoyed staying at this group's Airbnb. It was close to everything we had scheduled for our weekend. There was plenty of room for our group and the Housepitality team was very proactive and responsive! We will definitely stay again when we travel to Columbus!

The charming 3 bedroom oasis bungalow, was a true joy! The home was clean, warm and cozy, my family enjoyed it as well. I would highly recommend, my stay was a 20 out of 10💖🌟

We rented a house in downtown Columbus through VRBO and managed by Housepitality. As soon as we arrived at the house, we discovered the poor condition and how the pictures were very deceiving of the actual condition of the home. The A/C did not work and it was 86 degrees in the house. There was no door knob on the bathroom door to be able to lock for privacy. There were large open vent to the basement where all the mold was visible and able to seep through the rest of the house. Within an hour of being in the home, our family stayed experiencing severe headaches, nauseousness and respiratory issues. We contacted Housepitality to let them know we needed to cancel our reservation due to the house making our family sick from the mold. The only response we could get was through texts and only asking us to agree to legal jargon. No one would get on the phone with us to resolve this. We have left a message with their answering service and 5 days later, still no return call. I would highly recommend never using this company.

A great place in the heart of Victorian Village in Columbus! There were tons of walkable local restaurants and coffee shops. We were just a 5 minute drive from Short North - which was great as it was walkable too. The pictures are 100% accurate, it’s modern but still homey. The living room and extra bedroom can be separated from the one bedroom and kitchen which was nice when people wanted to stay up while some went to sleep! Overall a great experience, and I will be booking with this company again.
