Don always listens to our concerns and questions we have. Don has explained to us the important to keep some of our investments safe from the stock market. We trusted Don Ross with our life savings and after several years with him he recommended a large, long term investment that was not sustainable, not liquid and eliminated our flexibility in retirement. Don never disclosed to us that he was earning a substantial commission on our investment when we thought he was giving us independent financial advice. We lost a large amount of our retirement savings and ended up with extremely high tax bills.
