This company is the worst I’ve ever rented from. They have gone through 5 managers since I’ve live here. I’ve only been here a little over a year and will not sign a renewal. I’ve currently put my 30 days in confident I’ll find something better, if not, I’ll airbnb it! I don’t even know where to begin with my rant. Poor management 4/5 (the honest guy left because he knew they were crooks) Poor customer service and poor maintenance-this guy never takes his shoes off and makes a mess every time he comes around and will give you attitude if you let him know how shottt his work ethic is! They have one maintenance guy for 300 properties!!! We once had a great maintence guy, but again, he was honest and honorable. His manager actually told him to tell tenants that their water wasn’t on because of a pipe problem but really they hadn’t paid the bill! I still have broken windows that were broken when I moved in, no carpet which half of the deposit is for carpet! Now that I put in my 30 days notice I suddenly have a mysterious charge of $350 that I owe!!! UGH I would NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!!

The worst, most unresponsive company I've ever had to deal with. I've lived in one of their apartment buildings for over a year now, and every issue I've had they've failed to deal with, and if they have fixed it it took at least a couple months for simple fixes.

This a horrible company, the sell million dollar homes and yet treat people like trash, they employ drug addicts to run their apartment complexes and evict people with service animals who try to pay the rent. Allow power to be cut off because they turned it on illegally. Even after offering to work for them and help fix things they still put my kids on the streets for something we didn't even do... Contacted CEO,CFO no one would help or do anything about this

You have destroyed my parents what's no phone call back to them or myself or other family members you have taken $50,000 from my parents and never paid back any of the interest that was promised to them this is been a few years going on now with multiple attempts to call you we even stopped by the business and missed you by 15 minutes for the other business that you share there but you own we will continue to stop by until we find you... You will pay my parents back before I'm six feet under you will pay them back.. this is a horrible business that own multiple businesses whatever you do research your businesses anything linked to Kassel.do not do anything with... We are pursuing to start legal actions... Do not do anything with any of his businesses.. I don't even want to get this company one star but I had to write this freaking comment and review...

Lived in a duplex for quite a few years with my wife and 2 little girls and moved it left it the way we moved out besides alot of updates to the home and we did in fact get our deposit back , Thank you Kyle and steph.

Do not invest money with them. They are a scam. Have taken many people for their retirement, and do not intend to pay out. Multiple court judgements against them that they blatantly disregard.

In laws have $50k invested with them . They won't respond to their inquiries. They have received a return on their investment in more than 2 months. Lawyer is now involved. Terrible company

The absolute worst company to rent from . Iv had to threaten them with escrow just to make them fix things. I would never recommend this company to ANYONE !
