Aaron is simply the best. His experience and knowledge of the tax law is really exceptional. Always feel as though he has found every deduction and followed every law. When I leave there I know my taxes are done correctly and can put last year to bed. He explains why and how things work and sends updates through out the year of new laws and how they affect me so I can better plan my finances. Finding His firm was the best thing that ever happened to our taxes.

Over the past several years, my tax returns have become more complex than I'm used to, and I was always nervous about appearing ignorant when asked questions. The past two years of tax sessions with Blau have been very low-stress. Monica had done my taxes for the past 2 years and this year during our meeting I mentioned the sale of my home last year. I didn't think twice about it but as I spoke to my mom while driving home she asked me if I had a document with the home interest I paid. I said I should have something about the interest I paid before the house sold. So I called the office after leaving my appointment and the office rep gave me the information to send in the tax document when I obtain it.

So I ask this.. Why didn't my tax professional mention that I have a missing document? Are you looking after my best interest as a client? Do you care to keep my business or referrals?

Needless to say this will be my last year going through the Blau Company. I'm better off trying out turbotax. The reason I gave 3 stars is because the owner of the business is really nice. He gave me great advice my first year working with his business. I'll always pay top dollar for great advice.

The Blau Co. has been taking care of the needs of our small business since start-up in 2014. Aaron and Denise are a great team and have always given us good guidance. They are both responsive in a timely manner when I have questions or issues come up out of the blue. I finally just made the switch to online QuickBooks (which I resisted for a while) and now I see where this will streamline processes for all of us. Bottom line, I highly recommend Blau Co. for your CPA and accounting needs.

I have used Blau company all the way back to when they had the office with the ugly 70's decor... (this was decades after the 70's, BTW -- LOL). Jokes aside, I have NEVER been disappointed with the service that I have had at Blau. They are ALWAYS friendly and ALWAYS professional. I'm kind of a pain sometimes with a lot of questions, but if a question is asked, they always make sure that it is answered and that you are satisfied with the answer. My mother also uses the Blau Company. She and I are different. I am super comfortable with the online submission of tax documents while my mother likes the "good old fashioned personal half-hour meeting." The Blau Company does a great job either way. It seems that they are interested in offering the best service possible to meet the needs and comfort of each different client from his or her own comfort zone. AND... they moved to a more contemporarily decorated office since I started with them! What more can one ask?
