Since moving to LPL and using The Private Trust Company for my trust accounts, I have been extremely satisfied with The Private Trust Company. Recently Margaret Gudbranson became my trust administrator and I have been overwhelmed at how she handles my clients accounts. Not only does she have a very good knowledge of the trust business but she also knows my accounts' governing documents to the extent that she is able to give me very good input as to what is best for the beneficiaries. I myself am an attorney and began my career in the trust business and know how complicated and difficult it can be dealing with trust issues, Margaret is one of the best administrators that I have ever worked with.

I spent many years with my family managing my trust and it caused a lot of issues. We finally got the trust transferred to PTC and Margaret took over managing the trust. It has been a major difference for me having PTC manage my trust. Margaret always makes sure I’m informed on what my mother wanted the trust to be used for. Furthermore, they also make sure to help me in any way they can. They’re very informative and trustworthy, which has allowed me to better understand how a trust is suppose to work. My husband and I have been extremely pleased, and grateful, for the time, dedication and commitment Andrea Krol has given us, since becoming our Trust Officer. Our initial trust officer at TPC , assigned to us in 2020, could not be bothered with explaining the process, nor explaining the inner workings of our particular trust to us. We were very unhappy and frustrated with, not only that particular trust officer; but TPC as well. We were in the process of looking to move our funds to another company when Andrea Krol became our new Trust Officer. Once Andrea Krol came on board and started working with us, we have been nothing but pleased. Her patience, her timely responses to our inquiries, and her overall willingness to hear our needs has been outstanding. She has made, what initially felt like an overwhelming and frustrating circumstance into something that provides comfort and security to our family. We look forward to working with Andrea for many years to come.

I interviewed Mannie Singh of PTC to see if his company would be a good fit for our needs. After a meeting we decided to hire his company. My wife and I are enjoying his expertise and direction.
He has taken a lot of pressure off of us and is guiding me through this tough process!
