Randi and her team are amazing. Randi had been managing our rentals for the last 5 years and we have always found her to be extremely diligent and efficient. She takes care of vetting all prospective tenants and takes care of all maintenance requests that are needed. I have to say I couldn't possibly recommend Alexes any more than I already do. She is one of those rare realtors who go above and beyond for you, she constantly kept me updated, did everything she could with all of my requests and concerns. She had zero issues with sending multiple listings daily and myself sending them back to her for her to check up on. Any showing we went to she even made a great effort to point out any defects and such I may have not myself, which really showed she cared more about the client than just getting someone in a home and collecting a paycheck. She will forever be my go to for any housing needs!

We've been using Aloe Property Management for about 10 years now, and they've been such a lifesaver! We rented our home ourselves for a bit and it was awful. Hiring them was the best decision ever. It's practically hands-off, as far as we're concerned, unless it's a big ticket item that needs fixing. They take care late fees, the tenat uses their portal for any issues around the house, contracts are clear, and they're also well versed with the Landlord Tenant Act which means we dont have to stress like we did before. All parties are happy and taken care of. That's a win for me.
