* DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LADY *

The first thing that she did to my family was, make us wait a whole entire month with no refrigerator! after the one we had completely burned out causing all black & smelling like chemicals. Knowing that we have a small child in our home who needs milk on a daily basis.

Oh wait! That's just the beginning of it. There's more to come... Wait for part two to come. She's rude, inconsiderate. Lacks compassion. Says one thing & then will turn it around, blame everyone else around and not take any kind of responsibility.

Just wait for more to come.

Kim Ayers has been managing our property in Chandler, AZ. for a dozen or more years. When my Dad passed about 8 years ago, Kim has been a tremendous help in renting the house. Since we live in CA. and there is any type of repairs done to the house, Kim always inspects the work and immediately communicates the report to me. She truly has been a God send.

She truly cares about her clients and is looked to by her peers with respect and admiration for her experience, integrity and work ethic. Whether using Desert Masters to manage your rental property or for a real estate transaction, you will be well taken care of every step of the way. After reading a few of the other reviews, it is clear that being given a one star from a potential tenant that was declined is unfair to someone in Kim’s industry. It should be obvious that not every applicant for a property will be approved and there will be disgruntled applicants. Kim is doing her job to protect her clients and get them them the best tenants for the properties they trust her to manage. I highly recommend Kim and her team at Desert Masters.

Kim has been nothing short of incredible. We were in a tough spot needing to rent out our home in San Tan Valley in 2019, but knew nothing about being a landlord. Kim helped us through every inch of the process from beginning to end and managed our property for the next 2 years while maintaining 100% transparency. When it came time to sell our home, she didn't hesitate to spread out all of our options, giving us advice, what to expect, etc and she sold our home for asking after only a month on the market!!

Unfortunately we moved out of Arizona, but if we ever returned and needed her services we'd return in the blink of an eye. She truly takes care of her clients. Thanks for everything Kim!
