This property management company deserves 0 stars. Do not consider renting any properties from this piss poor company. The staff is extremely rude including the management staff. There are additonal hidden fee's and charges for everything including rent and move in and move out. I wish I would have read through all of the awful reviews before choosing to rent from this company. I would not recommend to anyone, save yourself the headache.

If you want a great rental experience, do NOT rent from these “property managers”; they are professional scam artists at best, who allow their homeowners to leave properties in neglect, and rake in as much money as they can. Top that off with unfriendly staff all-around (including their non-responsive and very unhelpful managing partners), and you’ve got TCT Property Management Services.

Do not apply with TCT Properties. I really believe they are in it for application fees. Their properties stay listed for months, and then they renew them. You can still go see them, but 100 people apply, and 0 get selected?

Absolute worst, worst, worst experience dealing with this company (and manager Lisa). There are too many categories and events where they fail to list and detail. Simple message is - this company will be reported to the BBB and let's see if their owner has the courtesy of responding to my voicemail. Highly unlikely.

My boyfriend and I just signed a lease with TCT. We worked with Brittany Townsend and she has been absolutely amazing. I've asked a lot of questions and I'm sure sent more emails that she would like but she always answered every question I asked and never made me feel like she was irritated with me. This property management company did not take care of the home. They used a home warranty company that never allowed fot anything to be fixed. When I took lease I had the house painted and made other upgrades that were never acknowledged. The air-conditioning unit would run incessantly due to its age and condition going, as far as tripping the system regularly. The company would never do anything to address it. They never made ANY improvements on the home and when I moved out had the audacity to keep $600 of my deposit. I would not recommend anyone using this property management company. Owner or Tennant.
