Mike Simic and his team are always so great and helpful! Mike has been helping my family with their taxes since before I was even born (for the last 39yrs) and when I became old enough to do taxes on my own, I continued that tradition and utilized the help from Mike and his team for my own taxes. Now my husband and I have been doing our taxes together with Mike and his team for the last 3yrs and we have raved so much about Mike and his team that now some of our friends go to them and my mother-in-law wants to go to them as well! Alex was so helpful and kind despite the chaos and busyness of the day before taxes is due, he called me back and took my info down just to email some paperwork over to me and he went ahead and created a portal account so I can access all my documents. Was generous and I appreciated it because prior to talking to him two women employees had dismissed me and hung up on me so he was kind to help me out urgently. Great guy and a good asset to the company!
