As a member of this credit union I'm always grateful for this branch and their employees who always go above and beyond for me and my family. It's been both a pleasure and an honor to be a part of this branch who makes me feel like family. The manager is so wonderful and gracious all the tellers have smiles and very professional demeanor when I approach them... especially Idalia she makes my day and i will never forget her name and how she provides me with quick and curious service. Anyone looking for an outstanding bank this is the place to go. Thank you all for all you do for me and my family.

I love going to this branch. Everyone there is so helpful!!! Starting with the manager Marta who went above and beyond to help me find the right investment for my children’s savings all the way to the smile the teller gives me when I first walk in. I appreciate the short wait time! Everyone in this branch is so knowledgeable and helpful!! I feel so welcomed there. They all work so hard to help! I highly recommend this branch in Independence!

Very friendly staff and amazing service! My husband and I switched to this bank and have had nothing but great experiences. Every time we go we insist on seeing Lila. She is so sweet and friendly and takes a lot of interest in talking with us! We also enjoyed working with Marta when trying to get a home loan. She is was so kind and helpful.

As a member of CFCU, the customer service from all the tellers and Manager Marta is outstanding. Every time I come in, I'm greeted with a smile and I'm always in and out quickly. It is obvious they all work well together and it makes it a positive environment. Marta is very knowledgeable and the teller Idalia always has beautiful nails and dressed so professionally. They make me feel like I'm part of the CFCU Family. Love this place and their staff.

CITY OF CLEVELAND EMPLOYEES NOW ELIGIBLE FOR ACCOUNTS!!

Great service. New Service upgrades through online App. 20+ years member. Haven't had any problems. Hoping for more locations and safety deposit boxs at more locations .

The manager at this branch had the nerve to contact adult protective services on me as if I was steeling my mother's money without her permission. I was truly upset 😡 and angry with the way this branch behaved. Their managers Marta and staff was so rude that I closed all my accounts with them and I am with a better bank and a much more friendly bank. I make to much money to ever be falsely accused of ever stealing from anyone especially my own mother who is sick and not able to go on her own. If I could this branch would get a -5 for their customer service and behavior.
