Ott & Norman have been friendly and utmostly professional. This is the 4th or 5th year that I’ve hired them to work on and file my taxes. They have an easy information sheet to complete with tax forms. Years ago, I used to do taxes using the “T” software with the help of a relative who used to be a tax examiner for the IRS, but after paying for the software and for transmission fees, it was close to $100. There fees include filing my taxes electronically, and I feel that their fee is very reasonable, when considering the time they put into checking all deductions. I have great peace of mind that all is correct.
