Andrew very nice gentleman I guess he has to bow down to Allstate's had to honchos he's an agent that doesn't work for you he works for Allstate.
I had a substantial roof damage and they just wanted to put a Band-Aid on. They use their own inspector they disregarded my contractors and my expert inspector and gave me a denial letter before looking at all documents for a full roof replacement look at the pics would you put this on your roof? When mayhem strikes you are NOT 🚫 in good hands YOU COULD DO WITHOUT ALLSTATE PLEASE DO RESEARCH BEFORE YOU GET HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE STRESSFUL , WARPING THE TRUTH BASED ON NOT PAYING FOR REPLACEMENT BASED ON" NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR" NO WIND AND HAIL STORM DAMAGE THAT'S WHAT I HAD PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK.
And long time paying customer one claim only filed and I get this it's not right to the consumer the shop around please would you put this on your roof as a Band-Aid?

Andrew is extremely knowledgeable especially when I purchased a new vehicle! Transition to trade in and purchase was smooth.
A few months later my car caught a stone on the windshield and started to split. Called and made a claim and was scheduled to be fixed a few days later!
