This agency has such a welcoming environment and greet you warmly when entering the office. I have been a satisfied customer for over ten years. So, I can honestly say that all my questions are answered in a way which I fully understand. All the agents in the Shelby Progressive Office are very professional, courteous, and kindhearted. The staff is friendly, polite and always helpful. Every year they have useful free calendars for customers on a first come first serve basis. At least two of the male agents love to talk ⛳ golf with you if you like golf. Their insurance products are also competitively priced and usually 3 different payment options are available for the customer's convenience.

Justin is just fantastic. It’s the feel of an old fashioned business with excellent customer service but with the modern convenience to be able to do everything over the phone/email/text, etc. He is always happy to answer questions thoroughly and clearly so a person who knows nothing about insurance can understand. We have Erie insurance through Shelby Mutual Insurance. We recently had to file a claim. The claim was May 30. My daughters car was totaled. The auto loan still has not received the payment from Erie. Even though Erie has taken their time in processing everything, the staff at Shelby Mutual has been great. Shelby Mutual Insurance and their staff have saved us hundreds of dollars. My father recently switched to them after having Allstate for years. They were able to saved him hundreds as well. The staff is very professional, kind, informative and go out of their way in finding an affordable price. I will continue to recommend Shelby Mutual Insurance. Tyler is the best!

I’ve called around for a couple weeks looking to insure my first home, after calling Tyler he took all of the stress and worries away. He explained everything thoroughly and I am saving hundreds from what other agency’s have quoted me. The best decision I made was calling this office, will be doing all of my insurance needs here.
