I have been working with Cobos Insurance Center for many years now. They have served my parents and several family members for most of my life. They have provided us with auto insurance for so long it was a simple decision when we bought our home who to use to protect it. They are truly a family business protecting families.

When we first switched to COBOS Christina was quick and responsive. When I recommended my brother in law to them, she took the information to provide a quote and he never had a response. We then ended up working with Caitlyn who was fantastic at finalizing everything for him.
A discount was randomly removed from our policy, I left several messages and sent several emails without an answer from anyone regarding this.
When it came time for our renewal, we wanted to explore our coverage options so I left a voicemail and emailed Caitlyn since Christina seemingly wrote us off prior. After ~2 weeks and several calls into the office (and no response from Caitlyn), I receive an email from Christina saying the rates we have are as good as it gets. Which wasn’t relevant because they did not reflect the changes we requested.
After asking again for those adjustments and waiting another week with no response, we switched (happily) to Sherri at McGowan Insurance. We’re saving $582 for our HOI and she kept our auto at the same cost, all while providing the same coverage. She even helped facilitate the cancellation with COBOS after they refused to accept cancellation unless it was in person.
I highly recommend the staff focus on communication and actually providing the information their clients are requesting sooner than 1-3 weeks of begging.

I fulfill all my insurance needs with Cobos. They have brokered my commercial liability and auto since I started my own business about 10 years ago and the service is unimpeachable. They always find the best rate with their renewal review process and they are quick on the draw when I’m ready for contractor registrations, or when we need to add and remove seasonal vehicles from our auto policy. When I bought my house they came through with a great homeowners insurance policy and saved me the hassle of shopping around on my own. They are always available to help and are genuinely happy to do so. If you need someone to find the best insurance to fit your specific needs then you can do no better than Cobos.

I've been with Cobos, previously Bob Allen, Insurance for 24 years. They are always polite, professional, and quick to assist whether you are asking for a quote or in need of a claim. They've even helped add a collector's car onto our insurance, which I thought would have been difficult but for Cobos it was no problem. I highly recommend Cobos. They'll give you great rates and great service!
