Everyone at this branch is always so helpful and friendly. I've been banking with them for over 30 years now. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else even though they are 17 miles from my home!!! Its easy to do remote banking or I just call, and they help me over the phone. Great staff!!!

This is probably the best deal in banking around. When you become a member you join a family that is looking out for your fiscal well-being. GenFed in my opinion is the best banking service in Sheffield Lake. P.S. they also have very nice and polite cashiers!
