Lisa and RBN were recommended to me by a friend of a friend and I’m so glad I decided to take the plunge and use them to help me get into my first property (duplex). I decided to use their Premier services where they essentially do everything for you to get you into your first property, this was essential as I’m an out-of-state investor and didn’t have time to go to Cleveland and figure out things on my own.
I met with Lisa shortly after 4th of July and now have my duplex before Thanksgiving, this is a testament to how fast they work and this is even including a delay as I went on vacation for 3 weeks and had to take a pause.

I’m new to Real Estate so needless to say I’m very green, Lisa was very patient with answering my questions and explaining the basics to me. She scouted properties based on my criteria, gave me options and her opinion on what she thought was best, from there I secured the lender and proceeded with closing. Now Lisa is in the process of helping me put together a repair plan and budget so I can move forward with renting my vacant unit out hopefully as a midterm rental.
