The staff were superb helping me settle my father's accounts after he passed away. They went above and beyond in so many ways. Like another reviewer said the staff treats you like family.

When I need somthing done or help they are friendly along with a very positive experience. With the other big banks the charges are really high, and help had to be done with someone in another state over the phone from a call center, but with this bank I can call the branch, and get help from them. What is also great they know me and give me personal service. I say goodbye to the bigger banks.

It's an OK bank, not to be considered a "local" bank, since it was acquired by NYCB, they operate it as if it is in the ranks of Wells Fargo and Bank of America.
