This location sucks. It’s not a drive thru atm and bc this location is surrounded by other businesses, the parking spots closest to the atm are always taken. Makes me feel so unsafe to have to carry cash and unnecessarily long distance bc of NFCU’s poor planning.

Plus these atms are so slow! Like the machines take longer than anywhere else, even in between loading transactions. It’s annoying and honestly unsafe.

I used to have a great experience with this bank, but unfortunately, I was informed by the bank itself that my deposit, which I was expecting today, June 5, 2024, will be on a 5-day hold. I was not notified about this hold, and I was counting on these funds to pay my bills.
