Almost impossible to get ahold of after you pay and get your insurance through them. Doesn't answer calls or call you back, even if something is time imperative. Had to do their work for them to see why changes were made to my insurance policy. And weeks later, still no word from Sam and his team. Next policy period we will not be working with Sam or his team, especially if we have to do their work for them.
