I've had Nate as my insurance agent for years now. He has always been extremely professional, and quick to answer any questions I have regarding my policies. I appreciate that he doesn't try to sell me on insurance that is unnecessary for my situation, but does check in to make sure I am appropriately covered. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his customers.

I did not have a great experience I just know I have homeowners insurance when it comes to filing a claim my first one fine easy cool my second one not so easy my third one didn't get it so you pay all this money and when it comes to you filing your claims it's going to be an issue after your first claim.
They don't let you know all this when you first signing up for homeowners insurance basically after you file your first claim there's basically a no after that so you continue paying your payments every payment but when it comes to you getting something fixed on your home or in your home it's a no! Or they will tell you you're not covered.
We can't help with mother nature brings at us and we can't help what old age in our home does!

Up until I had a claim, it was pretty smooth experience here.

Along the four months my claim was open, I was seeking direction and assistance to speed up the process and get my repairs. After discussing my concens with the office, they seemed to be receptive at first, but had no follow through. I continued to deal with delays until the adjuster finally eventually connected me with a company called Madsky.

A few months later, I called to inquire what the price of my premiums would be if I dropped one of my policies, I was provided the answer that it would go up a lot as of he could see the difference it would be. When I asked how much of a difference, I got a stern tone saying "You're gonna have to give me a moment."

The next day I switched my policies to a different insurance provider.

My agents were lazy, rude, unwilling to help, not informative except to tell they didn’t add the coverage I asked for when I discontinued my 2nd vehicle from my policy. I didn’t have rental coverage because I had 2 cars. When I I changed the policy I asked for rental since now I only have 1 car. They made a mistake I didn’t catch it; because I’ve been with Allstate so long I trusted these guys and that it was done. They were verbally short with me and rude both Nate and Illya and I do apologive for spelling Illya’s name wrong
