Chris Guyer still believes in true customer service, and it shows. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the best savings he could get us. Ended up saving us around $1000!!!! He truly doesn’t stop until he knows you are taken care of. Cannot say enough great things about Chris and RMS, highly recommend them!

My family has been clients for over 40 years starting with our agent Chris Guyers father. I have always been very satisfied with any business we every needed. Chris helps us find the policies with the best fit for us, and with the most affordable cost for us. Recently he helped us navigate the process of choosing medicare supplements and drug care, which was so confusing. He helped make sense of it all. He also recently took the reins on a home claim, and was able to get more done on storm damage than I thought the company would pay for. I thought I personally would be fighting the insurance company. He handled it all for me in a flash. While I was at work and my car was parked in the faculty parking lot at Columbus State Community College, someone scraped the rear wheel well on the driver’s side. I completed a report with the campus police department but nothing resulted from it. I completed an online claim with Ohio Mutual Insurance.Toni Padgett, a claims specialist, contacted me. He told me to get an estimate from the body shop for the repair. I took my car to Rife’s Body Shop in Grandview, the shop that Cadillac of Dublin recommended. When I went to Rife’s, the paint specialist took a look at it and worked his “magic”! The damage was completely eliminated and there was no charge. I called Toni and explained what happened. I asked him to dismiss the claim since the repair was completed to my satisfaction.
I wanted Risk Management Financial Solutions of Ohio to know that I have never had such an overall positive experience with an insurance company and an auto body repair shop. Toni is an amazing claims specialist. He took care of my problem in such a calm and caring manner. I am truly grateful.

My husband and I have been dealing with this company in many areas. Our agent is Chris Guyer and he has helped us in many ways. He has done all the research in finding us the right supplemental insurance, car and house insurance. He is easy to get a hold of. Very easy and satisfying experience! First rate service all the way around. Worked with Chris exclusively and he did a phenomenal job helping me save money and it was hassle-free.
