We purchased the insurance offered by Safeware with our living room furniture set. We have a Southern Motion recliner that needed several items repaired, and a Southern motion Loveseat that needed repair as well. We contacted Safeware and they very promptly got the repair process started. A technician from Kelsey's furniture in Tuscola Illinois, came and evaluated the furniture. Took pictures, and the model and serial numbers and what parts were needed for the repairs. The parts were ordered and when we returned from our vacation, called and Kelseys sent a truck and two guys to pick up the furniture for repair, they were returned within a week , as good as new. I most definitely recommend purchasing the Safeware insurance. Thanks so much for the great Job.

I just wanted to tell everyone that Safeware insurance was awesome for us. I have never had a furniture company's insurance response in such a prompt, fair, and pleasant way. When the parts were no longer available for the recliners that we had for over 4 years, they immediately gave us the ability to go get 2 new recliners. We were refunded the total amount of what we paid for the chairs.
We had been given a claim # immediately, and the store knew about the refund before we did. The whole process was extremely smooth and as pleasant as it could be. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Marissa Madison. You need to be recognized for your superior work ethics. And then, Taylor Thompson gave us a $5 Amazon gift card for trusting "Safeware" for my insurance needs. I will trust them forever, and so should you. Thanks again Marissa.

I purchased the extended warranty’s on some equipment and had to file a claim on one of the dishwashers after 3 years of use. I can not say enough about how fair the price for the warranty’s were to start with and how the process to file a claim was efficient and problem free. The person who handled the claim was informative, professional and provided clear and easy directions to process the claim. Although one might never need the extended warranty on a product I highly recommend the Safeware warranty if available.

9 years ago when I purchased a new washer and drier I put an extended warranty in place with Safeware. The cost of the extended warranty was very fair and reasonable. That turned out to be a smart decision as recently my drier had symptoms of a mechanical failure. I contacted Safeware and started a claim. The representative I worked with was extremely knowledgeable and professional and quickly processed my claim. Within a week a Tech attempted to repair the drier and was unable to successfully resolve the issue. Safeware approved replacement of my drier with a brand new version of the same model which is to be delivered within 3 weeks of the start of my claim. It doesn't get any better than that! Thank you Safeware for your outstanding service and support.

I've always been skeptical of extended warranties, but the Safeware warranty on my Bosch refrigerator has been an amazing experience. The fridge has had problems twice, and both times a little tricky to repair and Safeware took care of it completely. At some point, had it been necessary, they would offer to replace it. Would buy again!

I've waited over 4 months. My appliance is still not fixed. They said they cannot fix it, but they'll pay me for it. And it's been weeks since they've said they'd pay me, they can't even get me a check. I don't know what's wrong, but after 4 months you would think this company could do something to straighten this out. But they're not, they're just letting it go on and on, and on, thanks for nothing
