Ohio FAIR Plan was threatening to raise my rates if I didn't clear the clutter up my backyard, that clutter was construction material used for an ongoing backyard patio project, Parsons or his wife wouldn't come over to verify that, so about a month later Ohio FAIR Plan raise my rates then I dropped them because of that very poor service, very disappointing because I was using him as an insurance agent for last two decades
