Brendan is fabulous. I've been a Meridian customer for years and dealt with their Dayton offices (which are also great!). Then I moved and moved again before buying a house in northern Ohio. Brendan was the closest broker and, man, did we luck out. You'll rarely find anyone in customer service more efficient, friendly, and thorough than Brendan. If he doesn't know an answer, he'll look it up in real time. If it'll take a minute, he's happy to text, email, or call back. Every time he says he'll do something, he does it.

In the past year we've had to make several large changes to our insurance. Each time Brendan has been accommodating and patient as I ask questions about insurance for new cars, classic cars, OEM glass, and gap coverage. We also bought our homeowners insurance through Brendan and our loan officer (who has been in the business for 30 years) called and asked how we were able to get such an amazing policy. Save yourself time, money, and stress and give Brendan at Meridian a call.
