This place has gone downhill since Brian left three years ago. They are shady and unethical. They jacked up my rates on my auto and homeowners insurance by $600, and they require you to pay an annual upfront premium on both policies. They told me it was a requirement to pay the premium in full. I found out through calling the insurance company directly that is not the case.

They make money and a percentage each year of selling a policy and the annual premium each year on your policy. I did my homework and priced Auto/Home through other agencies and directly through Insurance companies. I ended up saving $1100 elsewhere.

No, I do not recommend them. They don’t care about customers best interests. They've lost my business.

I have been waiting on a quote for home & auto for over a week. I called back yesterday and today and asked for a different agent. They gave me a higher quote than any one else from only one agency. Huge waste of time and effort involved to hunt someone down just to get a number higher than all other competitors. Definitely go to a different agency.
