Wimbledon Apartments in Spring, Tx is a Nightmare. You don't want to live here. It has mold and a roach infestation. The appliances break down every month. The ac unit smells like cockroaches, no matter how many times the maintenance people "clean" it. UPDATE: THEY DID SEND A CLEANING COMPANY TO CLEAN THE VENTS AND THE SMELL OF ROACHES SEEMS TO HAVE DISSIPATED. 12/25 update: NO IT STILL REEKS OF ROACHES! The walls are paper thin so you can every word your neighbors are saying. My neighbors had a party from 10p Saturday to 8am Sunday with loud music and wall banging. UPDATE:12/24 TENANT HAD ANOTHER LOUD PARTY AND I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE EVEN THOUGH EVAN CLARK THE REGIONAL MANAGER SAID THIS WOULD BE ADDRESSED IT OBVIOUSLY WAS NOT. They cleaned the apartment above us and left the trash bags to drip with rotting liquid on to our porch and we had to remove five large bags of garbage at 2:30am because the apartment staff left it out all day and night. Took 3months to get the AC fixed but it smells like roaches so I can't use it. It does not feel safe here. There are potholes in driving areas. And they do not hold their tenants accountable for removing and disposing their dog's waste property. So I have lots of dog poop near my front entrance at all times. Currently the washer, disposal and AC units are not working or are not usable because of the lack of care and maintenance. Called code enforcement and they have not been by yet to evaluate this property but it is definitely warranted. And there is a smell of LEAKING Gas coming from the maintenance shack or utility room or whatever they do with it. They "fixed" the garbage disposal today and I added a picture of the still broken garbage disposal. Now I'm trying to find the maintenance guy to get back here to TRULY fix it. Still no washer because they don't have one that works to replace this one and they say a tech has to come out. So no clean clothes for me. And there are parked cars in the fire zone on a daily basis. The water is undrinkable and smells like feces. Still waiting for the property OWNER to get back to me even though I was told I would get a response today. And the dumpster looks like this every day. Update: 12/13 dumpster furniture still not touched. Replacement washer is in poor condition, and filthy when received with no effort to clean it or the mess left behind. Disposal was fixed after I tracked down maintenance. 12/21 1am I have two drunk tenants fighting in front of my apartment. Had to call HPD. Hence, the "does not feel safe here comment".
12/23/23 For extra fun some tenants were shooting off fireworks in the parking lot right between the buildings and cars.
And dumpster furniture has not been picked up only increased.
As of 12/27 I have no heat, even though I requested emergency maintenance through the portal. And there was no water yesterday because of the gas leak I was told did not exist and I still have no hot water today. It is 39 degrees today.
Evan Clark the regional manager told me these issues would be addressed, they have not.
The president of this company needs to come out of hiding and deal with all of these properties across the US as can be arrested to by the numerous bad reviews place here and in the Wimbledon profile. The back gates are welded shut which is against fire code.
Perhaps Michael Eisenberg the VP would be kind enough to step up and hold these people accountable.
Otherwise I suggest to everyone to contact code enforcement to investigate and fine this company along with the Real Estate Commission to look into their practices.
12/28/23 - this makes the third day we have been without hot water because there was a gas leak and the boiler exploded. After I was told there was no leak and my concerns were dismissed by the regional manager.
I am waiting for a response as to how all of us residents will be compensated for this major inconvenience! Cannot shower, wash clothes or run dishwasher without hot water! 1/9/24 Evan Clark still has not contacted me even though his vacation ended 1/2/24.

This review is in regard to Asteria in Tempe, AZ: The gates are always broken and the manager has a negative attitude and no conflict resolution skills. On 8/1/24 at 12:30 A.M I came in through the gates of the complex and before my vehicle was able to fully come through the gate it began to close. The gate closed on my vehicle and hit it, causing damage to the paint and leaving a dent. I parked in front of the office and inspected my car and I called the office immediately and left a voicemail so someone could call me back. The manager called me the next day and had a bad attitude as soon as the conversation began. The call consisted of her asking details I had already stated on my initial voicemail and her accusing me of lying. She said she found it hard to believe that my vehicle was hit as the gates had recently been fixed. I asked her why would I lie if there is cameras on property that would show the incident and that we're both aware that the gates are constantly broken. She said she would return my call after viewing the cameras and would call back no later than 8/5/24. It took me calling several times and even having to call corporate to get a response. She finally called me back on 8/9/24 and stated that the property was not liable for damage to the vehicle and that's stated on my lease, regardless of me never have signed a lease because I'm a visiting guest. There has been no resolution and no apologies for accusing me of lying. Can you imagine what happened to the gate a few days after hitting my vehicle? IT'S BROKEN AGAIN AND IT'S STILL BROKEN. Good luck to whoever rents here.

Several tickets closed out for black mold and no one has even stopped by to look at it. They just mark it as completed and move on without doing any work.
This is the current state of the only open pools on the property. There are supposed to be 4 pools at this community.
It’s in the middle of the summer and they still haven’t figured out how to take care of the pool. If this is the condition that they’re willing to let their residents swim, you can only imagine the state of apartments and the community buildings.

I fell on a Stairway while delivering an Uber Eats order to a third-floor resident. The platform and stairs were under modification, and there was no safety markers in place at all. No caution tape, no red and white reflective tape, nothing to let me know that the boards I was standing on were unstable. As a result, I have gone in person to the rental office at that location, I have tried to contact the corporate office with no response so far, and I have also sent pictures of my injuries and the location of the fall to the corporate office. Based on the reviews here, I doubt that I will get any response at all, so I am going to make an in-person visit to the corporate office in Phoenix. I need to know what company manages your injury reporting program, such as a corporate medical facility so I can get some x-rays and have proof of my injuries. I would like to get this issue resolved as soon as possible because I don't believe the company working on your property was competent and neither was your management in allowing them to not mark an area that was traversed by pedestrians and was not marked as possibly dangerous or anything to indicate we needed to watch our step. I will monitor this comment to see how long it takes the corporate office to respond. It's funny how they don't want to answer the phone, they load up with voicemails, and they only want to communicate electronically. In my opinion, that's very poor customer service. The day time photos were taken the morning after I fell, the other photos were taken at night while delivering the order. This property is in the 2100 block of West Main Street in Mesa.
Amazingly Beautiful
These is by far the worst company I had ever dealt with . The people in the office are no help . Me and my daughter live in 2 separate apartments, my ac had been leaking for over 9 weeks and not just dripping pouring out . I had turned in work order after work order for them to just be closed out and ac not fixed . I was told I have fungus in my ac unit yet they don’t want to get that fixed . Me,my daughter, my son and my 2 granddaughters have been sick this whole time so to what’s been going on. I have mold in my bathroom on the ceiling which has not been addressed.
Now my daughter apt. Every time it rains her bedroom walls fill up w water . The last storm we had her baby room wall caved in. Her floor was soaked ruin one of their beds the wall has been open for at least 6 weeks now. The part of the wall open also has the electricity box exposed. She has not been able to use that room. for the second time in less than 8 months she was told she has termites again. The wood is molded and falling apart but the company just wants to throw drywall over (look at pictures) and not replace the wood and insulate the electrical box properly. We have asked several of times for them to be put in another apt until work is completed do to them constantly being sick since wall has be open(we have drs proof) and they refuse . Property has several of open apts. We’ve even asked to be transferred to another apt and still got refused .
Whatever you do DO NOT MOVE TO A WESTERN WEALTH PROPERTY. !!! They are horrible and do not care about their tenants just the money they can make . We are not the only ones Ik several of tenants on this property who the office has ignored when it’s comes to stuff wrong w their apt. . All apt are roach infested, several w ant infestation,

This review is regarding the two years that we lived at a Western Wealth Communities’ property: The Carling on Frankford. Ary Salas has absolutely no communication skills, ignored my emails has no empathy or customer service skills, and blames corporate for everything without providing solutions for residents. Megan Billiot interrupted my conversation with the nice front desk lady by YELLING FROM her office with the door still partially closed. Several months later I realize we had been wrongly charged for not having a renter’s insurance policy (despite having proof that it was emailed to Megan Billiot several months prior). Megan Billiot only responded after I notified her that I had been advised to file a complaint with the BBB. She did not even offer an apology despite this whole issue being entirely her fault. Megan Billiot would also glare at me and my dog everytime I saw her on property. Megan Billiot’s inept and vile management style infected this entire community. If Western Wealth Communities focused more on customer satisfaction, providing residents with a secure living environment, and developing an true community, they might actually be more wealthy. The communication from office staff, especially from Ary Salas and Megan Billiot was almost nonexistent.
TEN DAYS before the end of June, Ary Salas emails saying that Flex and all electronic payments are being discontinued (they also did this 15 days before the end of May but the Ary told me in May/June Flex was continuing after numerous confusing emails with her regarding the situation since she could not provide clear answers or assistance). TEN DAYS before rent is due and they would not budge with Flex or with accepting partial payments. They did not have any decency or courtesy to let us know at the beginning of the month OR to offer any grace in getting payments to them. TEN DAYS is not even a full pay period so I have no idea how they thought people would have time to come up with the other half of rent in only ten days. Again, if we would have been notified about this a month in advanced it literally would not have been a problem, it would have still been upsetting, but at least it would have given us sufficient time to adjust our budget and plan ahead. The impression Ary Salas gave me when she was emailing with me about these issues/concerns was maybe that she enjoyed making life more difficult for residents and she provided no solutions/empathy. In my experience and opinion, Ary Salas is a poor excuse of a manger; however, she is an amazing representative of WWC as a whole and truly exhibits the values and quality of customer service and resident life that WWC and The Carling on Frankford have to offer. Ary Salas and Megan Billiot work together to ensure residents are NOT taken care of or considered and they WILL NOT advocate for you. The WWC website says “We Treat People Well” and that they are “people first” company; however, in my last two years here those claims are so far from the truth. I also submitted a complaint about Ary and Megan via WWC home page and never got a response. They make guests pay $4-5 to park which is literally crazy. Allegedly the pool has cracks but they have not even attempted to fix or clean it since last summer. They also have not communicated this huge inconvenience to residents and just seem to think ignoring us will prevent them from having to right any wrong-doing. The dog stations with poop bags are also almost never full. You have to go to the bone and ant hill infested dog park to find a bag or buy your own. The boiler for half the community broke on the coldest day of the year in January and it took them almost a month to fully restore hot water. I understand plumbing issues can take longer than expected and can be quite complex; however, they used holiday as an excuse as to why they wouldn’t compensate residents. Leasing staff did not show a single ounce of empathy and would simply say “boil water.” I could add so much more detail about how decrepit the property/management was but google has a character limit.

Regarding Villetta apartments in Mesa, AZ...Highly do not recommend (roaches, falling apart, unwarranted fees). We lived in this apartment for 3 years. Over the last year we developed a roach problem after new neighbors moved in. We treated the place, the complex had their pest control come out a couple times, and nothing helped nor did the complex offer any additional interventions. Upon becoming pregnant with a high risk pregnancy the roach is became dangerous to my health and my mental health. We had to move out earlier but we still paid the rent. They are now trying to charge us a additional rent/fees when we paid AND provided them time to renovate the space before the month ended. The lead office never contacted us about lease end options due to the place being inhabitable (we also gave over a 60 day notice). On top of this infestation health issue, the apartment was falling apart within the issues being addressed. We put in several maintenance requests that were closed without any work being done. Several of the orders were issues in which they kept having to fix the same problems. Before moving the ceiling in one of the rooms started leaking when it rained, but they claimed there couldn't have been an issue after checking out the neighbors place upstairs. The issue was not addressed across the last two months we lived there. We have video and pictures of the infestations and leaking ceiling that wasn't addressed. We are now considering legal action if the added fees (second rent essentially) is not remedied. We also always paid our rent on time if not earlier when we could. There were times we were given fees that were not warranted, such as for renters insurance that NEVER lapsed and kids throwing rocks (there are no kids in the home nor any that visited). We never made complaints on neighbors despite noise issues or other issues not worth listing. Additionally, the washer and dryers in the laundry facilities were always broken resulting in us having to drive containers of close elsewhere. The dog park was not upkept and often other amenities such as the barbecues didn't work ( what were we paying facility fees for then), among other facility issues. Save yourself the mental anguish and live somewhere habitable that doesn't fee you for nothing and lies about fixing issues.

The worst rental management company I've dealt with. Going on over 30 days waiting for my deposit refund. Unable to even talk to management ( Delano or Wester Wealth) just leave voice-mail and email that are not answered or returned. I have talked to the leasing agents who tell me the refund was sent Oct 31, but I haven't rcvd it yet.
Eventually, started at BBB, before going to lawyer. BBB contacted Western Wealth, who made up an excuse they didn't have my forwarding address (even though I provided it with the 60 day notice I provided and verified with the office each time I went in there to check on my security deposit)
Amazing how that works. But after BBB contacted them I received my security deposit.
Apparently, they don't want to speak to the tenant once they move out. You need a lawyer or BBB.
