Incompetent. Not modernized in system access, virtual cards, have conflicting addresses and unable to reply promptly and punctually. I ordered a replacement credit card on December 16 and they authorized a card to be shipped to an old address - and while they claim they had the old address, I’ve received mail and statements to my new address. It’s been two weeks since I changed my address with their new platform and still haven’t received the replacement card. Unfortunately I need it to pay a vendor, as I’m a small business owner, and due to the snafus experienced at this credit union I will default. I did my best to be proactive on my end, and this credit union let me down.

*EDIT: They promised they overnighted the replacement card and it would arrive Monday. Guess what? Other mail arrived but not this damned UCFCU card. It’s a shame this the level of service they offer customers who have been members for nearly twenty years.*
