I had purchased a vehicle Jun 21, 2022 and the dealer had called my agent before traxler took over and the dealership thereself added the vehicle to my policy. The beginning of July 2022 is when Traxler took over as being my new agent. November 17th I hit a deer and totaled said vehicle and when I called to report the accident to my insurance company I was made aware that I had no insurance on the vehicle because it was failed to be added. So when I called Dan at traxler he was a HUGE help with trying to get the whole disaster figured out. So with my personal experience with Traxler Insurance agency it has been great. These people have worked wonders on cleaning up the mess that they had received when they took over the books of the last agent. Please be patient and understanding with them as the problem you may be experiencing might have been caused from the past agent and now Traxler is stuck to clean up the mess that they didn't cause from the start. So my opinion here is Traxler is a 5 star A+ agent from this very satisfied customer here.

Started a bundle with them. My house was broken into and was told my renters policy was never started. I get charged twice on my account so I called Progressive because at this point, I don't even want to deal with Traxler Agency. Anyway, I log into my account to see I have two renters policies on my account. Don't recommend. They definitely don't have it together.
