Jim and his coworker (unfortunately I cant remember what his name is) were very professional, great at communicating and quick with clean up. I had a freezer completely thaw and leak nasty fluids from the meat that thawed out. It got in the cracks of my garage floor leaving a horrible smell while I was away on vacation. Jim and his partner came the same day I called and weren’t here long but they got the job done, dealt with my insurance and disposed of the mess. They were helpful and answered all of my questions. I would definitely use them again.

I never would have thought that I would have to deal with a flooded home. Being young and starting to learn to be out on your own there’s just certain things that didn’t cross my mind like a water heater leak. Being so overwhelmed and not knowing what to do thinking there was no hope for my home. Being referred to Servpro was the best option I could have chosen for my home.
