Repeated emails to the address listed on their local website went unanswered for the Bucyrus office: When I finally was able to text a conversation with another agent and informed him multiple emails had been sent, he said that email was the owner’s address and he gets too many emails to be able to read or respond to them all…. REALLY?!?!?! then why list the email address to begin with!!! Horrible customer service the last 2 years after being a client of theirs for well over a decade. Constant changing of agents, unanswered emails and calls, unprofessionalism. But hey they’re great as long as you don’t file any claims or have any questions!

I have been with Nationwide since I began driving nearly 50 years ago. I have never had a problem. Although my claims have been few, each time the experience has beed a good one.
